What are the rental terms?
Our services offer delivery and collection of containers at the agreed location.

Can I leave the container on the street?
If you wish to leave the container on the street, you must obtain a road occupancy permit. You will find this type of permit at the local municipal office.

How many container sizes are available?
We offer 3 container sizes. They range from 10 to 14 cubic yards. We charge you by weight.

What size garbage container should I reserve?
It depends on the items you want to throw away, for example, if you are renovating your house we recommend a container of at least 14 yards. For the collection of garden waste such as soil, mud and concrete, we recommend a 10 to 14 cubic yard container.

How can I get a better idea of ​​their sizes?
We have photos of our containers with their dimensions on our site.

What if I’m still not sure what size container I should reserve?
Call Container Rental Gatineau at (819) 317-0261. Tell us what you need to throw away, the amount of waste and we can help you choose a size. Remember that for safety reasons, containers should not be overloaded. This may result in fines for you or our company.

What items can’t I throw away?
We cannot take canisters, aerosols, tires, paint and all types of hazardous waste.

What does embankment mean?
Backfill includes materials such as concrete, bricks, slabs, earth, grass, tar, or a combination of these materials. A backfill container must not contain other materials or we will charge you additional fees.

How much waste can I put in your containers?
We offer different sizes. If you do not know the dimensions of the container you need, contact us and give us more details about the waste you wish to dispose of. We can help you choose. We are very careful when placing the container. We put wood under the container. This technique guarantees the protection of your driveway or property.

Are there additional costs for recycling my waste?
We do not charge you additional fees for sorting or recycling your waste.

How can I pay for this service?
We accept cash and major credit cards. If you wish to pay by credit card, we must pre-authorize payment at the time of ordering and we will charge the amount when the job is completed

How much notice should I give you?
You must give us at least 2 days’ notice. If you need a container over the weekend or on a holiday, we recommend giving us several days’ notice.

How long can I keep the waste container?
Since we have a lot of customer requests, we have implemented a 7 day limit. If you require a longer lead time, please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.

Do you deliver containers early in the morning or late in the evening?
We deliver the containers whenever you want. Just let us know the time when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What do you do with the objects and trash you collect? Is it ecological?
All metal, paper, cardboard and wood items are sorted and recycled after collection.

Do I have to be present when you deliver the waste container?
Yes, we require someone to be on site during container delivery and pickup. Payment must be made upon delivery.
